This is a small operation on a small budge, so we need help with lots of things -- from helping distribute flyers to researching and writing grants proposals to cultivating partnerships with other organizations and businesses to designing promotional materials. Publicity — writing and sending press releases, building relationships with media
Design — postcards, CD covers, images for website, e-newsletters, and powerpoints
Web — designing and sending e-blasts, maintaining email list, helping with updates, finding link-swaps, search engine optimization
Fundraising — grant research, grant writing, cultivation of donors, benefit event planning, hosting a private benefit party
Sponsorships — cultivate relationships with businesses and individuals
Media — videography, photography, digital sound recording
General — help at shows, help with distribution or promotional
materials and viral marketing, database management, organizational strategy
